Voor degenen onder u die trots zijn op onze Surinaamse dolfijnen, kunt u deze geanimeerde giften downloaden op uw telefoon en anderen laten zien hoe mooi deze dieren zijn. Bevorder ook verantwoord dolfijnen kijken en volg de 10 gouden regels:<\/p>\n

1. Ga niet achter de dolfijnen aan en reis nooit door een groep dolfijnen.<\/p>\n

2. Benader de dolfijnen niet met vol gas en verander niet plotseling van richting als je naar ze toe gaat.<\/p>\n

3. Benader nooit een groep dolfijnen met de kop op of direct van achteren. Benader een groep altijd onder een schuine lijn. Blijf in een hoek van minstens 30 graden ten opzichte van de richting waarin ze zwemmen.<\/p>\n

4. Verminder de snelheid van de boot op een afstand van 150 meter of schakel de motor uit. Ga niet dichter bij de groep dan 50 meter (voorzorgzone).<\/p>\n

5. Laat de dolfijnen zelf kiezen hoe ze met de boot willen omgaan.<\/p>\n

\"DolphinJumpRule05ENG\"<\/p>\n

6. Stop de boot en laat de motor stationair draaien of schakel hem uit als de dolfijnen uit eigen beweging dichterbij komen, rusten of met elkaar spelen.<\/p>\n

7. Blijf niet langer dan 15 minuten in de buurt van een en dezelfde groep dolfijnen.<\/p>\n

8. Reis langzaam weg van een groep dolfijnen als ze tekenen van opwinding vertonen (wegzwemmen van de boot, regelmatig van richting of snelheid veranderen, gehaast duiken, de staartvinken op het water slaan).<\/p>\n

9. Voer de dolfijnen niet en gooi geen afval in het water of gooi geen voorwerpen naar de dieren.<\/p>\n

10. Doe geen dolfijngeluiden na en zwem niet met ze mee, want dit verstoort hun natuurlijk gedrag.<\/p>\n
